RDC brought Lewis' fifteen-plus years of commercial real estate and development experience together with Carter's 30 years of experience in engineering, design, construction, economic development and environmental consulting. The RDC team is uniquely qualified to take the lead on a wide range of real estate development, building, leasing and property management projects in the Triangle and throughout North Carolina. We have over a dozen properties under our management including a 179,000sf office tower and over 50,000sf of industrial/mixed use space.
